1. Purpose and Legal Status of the Website

The website www.progtag.com is a business-to-business (B2B) informational platform.

The website does not constitute an online store, does not provide direct purchasing functionality, and shall not be considered a public offer within the meaning of applicable civil or commercial laws.

All content published on the website is provided for informational purposes only.

Orders may be placed exclusively through individual quotation requests and written agreement between the parties.

Progtag enters into contractual relationships solely with legal entities, business organizations, and commercial partners.


2. Scope of Activities

Progtag develops, manufactures, and distributes proprietary NFC-based plastic card products and their associated digital systems.

The products consist of physical NFC plastic cards and digital platforms, online game systems, and web-based infrastructure designed and operated by Progtag.

Progtag does not provide contract manufacturing services, does not produce customer-customized content, and does not program third-party digital content into its products.

All physical, graphical, software, and digital components of the products are proprietary developments of Progtag and remain under its exclusive control.


3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The minimum order quantity is 500 units per product type.

Progtag reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deviate from this requirement.


4. Quotation and Contract Formation

Prices are not publicly displayed on the website.

Pricing is determined individually, taking into account order volume, production specifications, logistical requirements, destination country, and prevailing market conditions.

Quotations are valid only if issued in writing and remain effective for the period specified therein.

A binding contract is formed only upon written confirmation by Progtag.


5. Production and Performance

Production timelines are determined individually for each order.

Commencement of production is subject to the financial terms agreed upon by the parties.

Progtag reserves the right to adjust production schedules in the event of force majeure, supplier delays, logistical constraints, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


6. Shipping and International Fulfilment

Progtag fulfills orders worldwide.

The method of shipment (courier service, postal service, or international logistics partner) shall be agreed upon individually.

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and other related charges depend on the destination country and the specific agreement between the parties.

Progtag shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


7. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

Progtag operates exclusively within B2B relationships.

The products are custom-manufactured in bulk quantities.

Upon formation of the contract, the customer shall not be entitled to withdraw from the agreement.


8. Limitation of Liability

Progtag’s products and digital systems are developed in accordance with the prevailing state of technology.

Progtag shall not be liable for:

  • compatibility issues related to end-user devices,
  • network or internet connectivity problems,
  • service disruptions caused by third parties,
  • or damages resulting from improper or unintended use of the products.

Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, Progtag’s total liability shall be limited to the net value of the contracted product.

Under no circumstances shall Progtag be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or business-related damages.


9. Intellectual Property

All content of www.progtag.com, including but not limited to the Progtag brand name, logo, design elements, graphical solutions, game systems, algorithms, software structures, databases, and all physical and digital components of the products, constitute the exclusive intellectual property of Progtag.

No order shall be construed as transferring ownership or licensing rights to any digital systems unless expressly agreed in writing.

Any reproduction, reverse engineering, modification, distribution, or unauthorized use shall result in legal consequences.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the legal relationship between the parties shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.

For international contracts, the parties may separately agree on the applicable law and competent jurisdiction.


11. Final Provisions

Progtag reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Amendments shall become effective upon publication on the website.

By using the website, the business partner agrees to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of access.
