Warranty and Liability
This product does not qualify as a durable consumer good; therefore, no mandatory statutory warranty applies.
In the case of consumer purchases, we provide a 2-year statutory warranty in accordance with applicable laws, covering manufacturing defects only.
This warranty covers exclusively defects that demonstrably existed at the time of delivery.
During the first 12 months, the law presumes that any defect is manufacturing-related. After 12 months, the burden of proof lies with the purchaser. In NFC products, manufacturing defects typically appear immediately or shortly after initial use; later malfunctions are almost always the result of external physical or environmental factors.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover defects that are not manufacturing-related, including but not limited to:
– mechanical damage (impact, breakage, bending, cracking)
– scratches, wear, or surface damage
– damage caused by water, moisture, or chemicals
– damage caused by strong magnetic or electromagnetic fields
– heat-related damage
– improper or unintended use
– deformation of the chip or sticker
– damage caused by incorrect tapping technique
– any external circumstances affecting the product after delivery
The warranty does not apply in cases where the product functioned properly during the initial months and later failed due to any of the above reasons.
Content Availability Guarantee
The website associated with the product, along with the digital content described above, will remain accessible for a minimum period of 10 (ten) years from the date of the last purchase made directly from our Company. During this period, we ensure the operational availability of the website and access to the digital content system within the scope of its intended and proper use.
This content availability guarantee does not extend to periods of scheduled or necessary maintenance, during which the service may be temporarily suspended. Furthermore, the guarantee does not cover disruptions, changes, or malfunctions related to internet services, hosting providers, telecommunications infrastructure, or any other third-party systems that are beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
Updates and expansions of the website content form part of the normal operation of the service and, in themselves, do not result in service interruption. As a result of such updates, users will simply notice that upon refreshing the website, the digital card library may contain additional new cards or updated content.
